Where there is good water, there is delicious rice, and it is said that there is delicious sake. The water of Aizuwakamatsu in the basin is a natural blessing brought about by the snowy mountains. We go back to the Yukawa River, which flows just south of the brewery, and use the groundwater from the water veins from the mountains upstream on the eastern side of the basin to brew sake.
